Windows 10 Enterprise provides Windows 10 Pro, with the addition of Credential Guard and Device Guard, as well as extensive manageability and managed user experience. Credential Guard protects domain credentials by taking advantage of features including Secure Boot and virtualization. Device Guard provides software security features that will lock a device down so that it can only run trusted applications. These can be defined in your code integrity policies. Enterprise E5 also includes Windows Advanced Threat Protection.

Windows 10 Enterprise E5 takes advantage of everything in E3, with the addition of Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection, which helps enterprises detect, investigate, and respond to advanced attacks on their networks.
